Head Coach TRL
As Assistant Coach in the areas of Scrum, Lineout, Restart, and Defense, I train players and coaches in the development process for senior and youth categories (U15 to U19). My role involves diagnosing, planning, and analyzing matches and training sessions weekly, with the goal of setting measurable development objectives in the short, medium, and long term.
My task was to train the club's coaches in the development process for the U15 to U19 youth categories, by diagnosing, planning, and analyzing matches, with the goal of building measurable objectives in the short, medium, and long term.
In this role, I had the challenge of creating, together with the coaches and players of the club, a way of playing that gives a sense of belonging to the club. I trained them in a work method, planning and organizing for the development of all the structures for the practice of competitive rugby. In 2016, a double promotion was obtained, reaching the second category of rugby in Buenos Aires. The following year, the club's best campaign in history was made, qualifying in 18th place out of all the U.R.B.A. affiliated teams.
The purpose of this job was to train the club's coaches to understand the "what," "why," and "how" of training. Pucará is one of the most important clubs in the country, and it has produced many players for the various Argentine national teams. In 2019, I also provided technical advice and video analysis support for the club's top three senior teams.

As a rugby team analyst, I integrate my skills in video analysis, data science, and web development to optimize team performance. I conduct detailed analyses of matches and training sessions, extracting key data to create custom visualizations and reports. I develop tailored web tools to facilitate access to statistics and enhance decision-making. My approach combines advanced technology and sports knowledge to support the team in strategic and tactical preparation.
In this project, I am the project manager, and my main responsibility is to gather requirements from the various people involved in competitive rugby, including coaches, strength and conditioning coaches, doctors, referees, and other specialists. I also designed a custom data visualization solution, and I defined and created the structure and format of the data used. The South American XV (sometimes known as CONSUR XV and formerly as South American Jaguars)[1] is a rugby union team made up from the national rugby sides in the Sudamérica Rugby (formerly CONSUR) rugby federation. The squad was first formed in 1980 to compete against South African teams, despite the ban imposed on that country in repudiation of apartheid. Over the eight test matches played, seven of them were won by the Springboks and only one was won by the Jaguars. This single victory came at Bloemfontein in 1982. In 2011, a new South America XV was formed to face the Argentine side before they trip to New Zealand to play the 2011 Rugby World Cup.
The Beginning of Sudamérica XV
I was part of the coaching staff as the head of the performance analysis area. I was in charge of coordinating and developing a team of analysts with solid football training, but with different levels of technological experience. My main functions included identifying opportunities for improvement, assigning roles according to each analyst's profile, and planning the weekly match analysis, working in competitive cycles of up to three matches per week.
